At Blossom Germination Events, we strive to make your event planning process as seamless as possible. To ensure a successful rental experience, please take note of the following rental equipment policies:
Rental Duration
Our standard rental period is for a maximum of 24 hours. Should you require an extended rental, please contact our team for special arrangements.
Booking Confirmation
To secure your desired rental equipment, a non-refundable deposit is required upon booking confirmation. The remaining balance is due before the rental date.
Cancellation Policy
Cancellations made within 14 days of the rental date will result in forfeiture of the deposit. We understand that unforeseen circumstances may arise, so please reach out to discuss any changes to your reservation.
Security Deposit
A security deposit may be required for certain high-value rental items. This deposit will be refunded upon the satisfactory return of the equipment.
Delivery and Pickup
Our team offers delivery and pickup services for an additional fee. Please provide accurate details regarding location and accessibility to ensure a smooth delivery process.
Equipment Care
We ask that you treat the rental equipment with care and respect. Any damages incurred during the rental period may result in additional charges.
Extension Requests
Should you wish to extend the rental period, please notify us as soon as possible to check availability and make the necessary arrangements.
