Blossom Germination Events Terms of Service

Thank you for choosing Blossom Germination Events for your special occasions. Our Terms of Service outline the agreement between Blossom Germination Events and our clients. Please read the following terms carefully before using our services:

  1. Booking and Payment

    • A non-refundable deposit is required to secure your event date.

    • Full payment must be settled before the event date.

  2. Event Cancellation

    • Cancellation within 30 days of the event will result in a 50% refund.

    • Cancellation within 7 days of the event will result in no refund.

  3. Event Changes

    • Any changes to the event date or services must be communicated at least 14 days in advance.

    • Additional charges may apply for last-minute changes.

  4. Liability

    • Blossom Germination Events is not liable for any damages or injuries during the event.

    • Clients are responsible for obtaining event insurance if needed.

  5. Vendor Communication

    • Clients are responsible for communicating with vendors regarding event details.

    • Blossom Germination Events can provide recommendations but is not responsible for vendor services.

  6. Photography and Videography

    • Blossom Germination Events may use event photos for promotional purposes unless otherwise specified by the client.
